{"id":2266,"date":"2025-06-20T08:36:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T08:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.flexado.com\/what-does-recurring-compliance-mean\/"},"modified":"2025-06-20T08:36:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T08:36:37","slug":"what-does-recurring-compliance-mean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.flexado.com\/en\/what-does-recurring-compliance-mean\/","title":{"rendered":"What does recurring compliance mean?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Recurring compliance<\/b><\/span> (also known as <i>periodic reassessment<\/i>) means that Flexado reassesses existing clients at regular intervals to verify that their situation still meets AML (WWFT) requirements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For example, at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Expired identity documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">New UBOs or board members<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Change of business activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Signs of increased risk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">The frequency of these checks is based on the <span class=\"s1\"><b>risk profile of the client<\/b><\/span>. High-risk clients are checked more frequently than low-risk clients. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Flexado is required to conduct <span class=\"s1\"><b>continuous client research<\/b><\/span> under the WWFT (articles 3 and 8).
