Customers should submit at least the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Copy of a valid identification document<\/b><\/span> Of all UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Identity verification<\/b><\/span> via an online verification tool (e.g., via facial recognition)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Proof of the residential address<\/b><\/span> Of the UBOs (e.g. utility bill or bank statement, max. 3 months old)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Extract(s) from the Commercial Register<\/b><\/span> &#8211; The company structure must be traceable to a natural person<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Questionnaire<\/b><\/span> On the nature of the application, business activities, source of funds and geographical risks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Based on risk factors<\/b><\/span> (e.g., foreign structure, PEP status, unusual business activities or unclear ownership structures), additional investigation may take place.
