What should I do?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Flexado operates a <span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cthree-strike system\u201d<\/b><\/span> for customer complaints. This means that if there are <span class=\"s1\"><b>three complaints<\/b><\/span> are registered about the same customer, Flexado may proceed to deregister that customer. However:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Each complaint is assessed individually<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> for severity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>If necessary<\/b><\/span> Flexado can take appropriate action immediately, even before three complaints are made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It is important that complaints are carefully documented to provide a complete and objective picture of the situation surrounding the client. Always report any complaint in writing to Flexado at the email address <span class=\"s1\"><b>hello@flexado.com<\/b><\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Documentation of the complaint:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Each complaint is recorded in detail in the client file with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Nature of the complaint.<\/b><\/span> &#8211; A clear description of the problem.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Date<\/b><\/span> &#8211; The date the complaint was filed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Petitioner<\/b><\/span> &#8211; The name of the person who filed the complaint (internal use).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n"},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flexado operates a \u201cthree-strike system\u201d for customer complaints.
