Within MyFlexado, you can assign different roles depending on the authority your colleagues are allowed to have:
Partner admin

Full access to the entire portal

Management of locations, clients, invoices and settings
Location admin

Full access, but limited to one specific location

May perform customer management and mail processing within that location
Location employee

Limited access

May view customer data and process mail

Does not have access to financial data or institutions
Tip: Set roles deliberately so that employees can access only what is relevant to them.
