Within MyFlexado, you can assign different roles depending on the authority your colleagues are allowed to have:

Partner admin

  • Full access to the entire portal

  • Management of locations, clients, invoices and settings

Location admin

  • Full access, but limited to one specific location

  • May perform customer management and mail processing within that location

Location employee

  • Limited access

  • May view customer data and process mail

  • Does not have access to financial data or institutions

Tip: Set roles deliberately so that employees can access only what is relevant to them.
