Frequently asked questions

When is my commission paid?

The commission is paid to you monthly in arrears at the beginning of the month.

How does Flexado handle compliance?

In the context of the AML, Flexado has taken many measures to ensure the quality of our files. The following points are leading in this:
1. Client due diligence
2. Duty to report
3. Internal procedures and controls
4. Retention period
5. Sanctions.
Read here what exactly Flexado does and how its processes are set up.

What is the difference between a service office and a postal address?

What the services look like may vary from location to location. However, a service office is often suitable for company registration and a postal address is not. You can use a postal address only for correspondence and as a branch office. This depends on national legislation.

A customer is on service stop, what should I do?

When a customer is on service stop it means that payment has not (yet) been received. Mail does not need to be processed at this time. No charges can be booked for this customer either. When the status changes to active, service can be resumed.

Can I refuse customers?

It is always allowed to refuse a customer. This can be done when the customer registers, but also when the customer is already registered at your location. You can let Flexado know in writing. Flexado will then look for an alternative with the customer.

How much commission will I receive?

The commission breakdown can be found in the agreement. Contact us to request the agreement.

Are there any costs associated with a partnership?

No. Working with Flexado is free of charge. You get paid per customer, but do not have to make any investments yourself.
