The customer is responsible for timely collection of his mail. If this is not complied with, then:
- Is the mail processed in any other way (e.g., forwarding, scanning or return)
- Are the associated costs charged to the customer
So as a partner, you don’t have to keep storing mail indefinitely. Together we will provide a suitable solution.
