Once a client orders a virtual office through our website, they can pay directly online and start submitting their data through our client-onboarding.
In this process, we collect all data necessary to comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (WWFT). Customers should submit at least the following information:

Copy of a valid identification document Of all UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)

Identity verification via an online verification tool (e.g., via facial recognition)

Proof of the residential address Of the UBOs (e.g. utility bill or bank statement, max. 3 months old)

Extract(s) from the Commercial Register – The company structure must be traceable to a natural person

Questionnaire On the nature of the application, business activities, source of funds and geographical risks
Based on risk factors (e.g., foreign structure, PEP status, unusual business activities or unclear ownership structures), additional investigation may take place. In some cases, we request additional documents or perform manual screening.
The client cannot actively use our services until the complete file is approved.
